
BIOGRAPHY

Agnes lives in the village of Cardross, near Helensburgh, Argyll & Bute with her husband Alan. She is a self taught artist and has been painting since childhood in the 50's. Agnes started exhibiting paintings in 1995.
She is a member of a group of artists connected with the West-End Festival in Glasgow who regularly exhibit their paintings on the railings at the Botanic Gardens and The Modern Art Gallery in Glasgow.

She is also a member of Helensburgh Art Club and exhibits her paintings every year in the clubs annual show.
Agnes' work spans three very different types -
• Colourful Scottish landscapes in Acrylic
• Gentle watercolours of pastoral snow scenes
• Japanese costume studies.
